We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn and in new and unused condition. 

You can make a return or exchange any Avalinh piece by connecting with us on or contact us page with your order number for reference. Once we reach out with a return label, please send the item back in its original packaging with all protective materials and tags in place. Ship the item back to us and give us 7-10 business days to process the return. 

Items that have been personalized, special order, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned to Avalinh for exchange or refund.
